Privacy notice
What we collect when you apply, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it. Written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
When you submit an application we collect the details you type into it: your name, email address, telephone number, business name, industry, time in business, an approximate revenue figure, the amount you are seeking and, if you write one, a note about what the funds are for.
If your application progresses, we may ask you for business bank statements or similar records so we can understand how the business trades. We ask for those only after you have told us you want an offer — never as a condition of getting a first reply.
Our servers also record ordinary technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type and the pages you viewed. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers.
How we use it
We use what you give us to assess your enquiry, to prepare and present an offer, to communicate with you about it, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. That is the whole list.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.
How it is protected
The site is served over HTTPS and the application form posts over an encrypted connection. Access to applications is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise; what we can say is that we hold the minimum we need and we do not keep it longer than we must.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to contact@consistentfundinggroup.com. Residents of certain states, including California, have specific statutory rights — we honour those requests from everyone regardless of where you live, because running two standards is not worth anyone's time.
You can opt out of non-essential email from us at any time by replying and saying so.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle information we will update this page and change the date shown here. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for a reasonable period.
