We are the funder, not the middleman
The money is ours. Nobody is shopping your file around, nobody is adding a layer of fee to it on the way through, and the person who tells you what we can do has the authority to say it.
We also buy files from ISOs, which is a different relationship with different terms — see the partners page. What it never means is that a merchant coming to us directly is being brokered on to someone else.

The purchase price, the amount purchased and the remittance are on the page before you sign. Nothing is added later.
One underwriter, start to finish
The person who reads your statements is the person who handles the renewal.

Four documents. We do not want your tax returns and we do not sell your data.
