For ISOs and brokers
We fund from our own capital, which means when we say yes on your file the money is ours and the timeline is ours. We buy deals from ISOs across the country and we are straightforward about what we take, what we pay and how we treat the merchant behind the submission.
How we work with you
What a partnership actually gets you
- Files submitted before mid-afternoon get a decision the same day, and most get one inside two hours.
- Commission is paid on the funded amount, tiered by volume, and settled the same week the deal funds — the schedule is in the partner agreement, not in a conversation.
- Non-circumvention is written and enforced. The merchant you introduce is yours; we do not market to your file, renew around you or take the relationship direct.
- A clean submission is a signed application, four months of statements as PDFs, a note on any open positions and a realistic ask. That file gets priced quickly; a file missing any of it goes to the back of the queue.
- You get the underwriter’s direct line, not a shared inbox. Questions on structure get answered by the person deciding the file.

What we take, stated plainly
Knowing what we decline saves you the submission. If a file is outside this, tell us anyway — we would rather say no in an hour than sit on it.
First position, and second position where the deposits genuinely support it and the existing advance is disclosed.
Deals from $7,500 to $750,000, with the request in proportion to actual monthly deposits.
Any lawful US industry other than gambling, adult entertainment, firearms and cannabis.
Clean paper only: statements that have not been altered, an application the merchant actually signed, and full disclosure of every open position.
